Developed the GCF Concept Note for the project “Climate Action and Blue Finance for the Mesoamerican Reef”, inclusive of all contextual descriptions, baseline, Theory of Change (TOC), components, activities, climate rationale, identification of vulnerabilities and adaptation needs to be addressed, alignment with the GCF Investment Criteria, and logical framework. This consultancy was developed in close coordination with IUCN as GCF Accredited Entity, Mesoamerican Reef Fund (MARFund), Smithsonian Institution and the Mexican Conservation Fund as local implementing partners, Ministry of Environment and the GCF National Designated Authorities (NDAs) in the four countries.
