Initial meetings with the leadership of APAMO, followed by consultations/questionnaire with Executive Council, membership, and staff; SWOT analysis, developed Organizational Assessment Report as baseline document to inform the strategic priorities and focus of the 2021-2025 APAMO Strategic Plan, developed draft and final strategic plan inclusive of a strategy implementation approach, performance metrics, and budget. Validation process for draft and final deliverables with membership and Executive Council.
