Developed a comprehensive Institutional Assessment of the MNR, while leading an international multi-disciplinary team to develop an Updated National Land Use Policy, Land Use Guidelines, a Land Suitability Map, a Land Use Policy Framework, an Implementation Roadmap & Action Plan, a Resource Mobilization Strategy, and a Communication Strategy.
